"Don't bother"

The showroom is fantastic for seeing examples of bathrooms but the buying experience leaves a lot to be desired once the order has been made.

Great difficulty in getting sales people to call you back. Mistakes made in the orders. Delivery delays etc etc

On the whole we could have got the same stuff cheaper on the internet and save the hassel.
