"Disappointed by carrier"

I ordered a decent amount of fixing's, drill bits stc for my company and received them within 48 hrs...

excellent service and good quality gear (makita blades etc).

The second order was placed, carrier couldn't drop gear off so I asked them to try again tomorrow...... forgot to put it on the van... sorry, we'll do it again tomorrow...... forgot again.

I had to leave work early and went for a 14 mile round trip to get the gear from the depot myself.

Duotool couldn't help and said it was a carrier problem, which I agreed with but its their carrier !!

we found the gear was of a lower quality than the first order no brand names etc, still quite good stuff but the carrier let them down badly in my book which is a problem when you need items as soon as possible.

It would make me think about ordering again !!.
