"CAN I BOOK MY ROOM NOW?"

My mother became a resident in Rannoch House four weeks ago and has had her four weekly review just recently. She is now a permanent resident there. This has been the best move for my mother [though wasn't an easy decision to make]. She is looking wonderful, eating well and she has the highest praise for the staff members [as have my brother and I and all my family members]. I can't praise them enough for the care and attention that the residents receive.

What was a traumatic time for us has been made so much easier by the ease with which things have taken place and how well my mother is.
