The food was good, just what you would expect from this style of resturant, good portion sizes, and good quality. What let this place down was the staff, miss communication between waiting staff and kitchen staff, no one seemed to know what was happening to orders and what appeared to be a manager swearing at other members of staff really let the place down.

i agree with the other review, the foods about the same but the atmosphere in Frankie and benny's is much better!.
