A review of Allied International Credit by Gavin Reid - Friday 5th of December 2008Dont take this approach when dealing with AIC, they are a LEGAL company who have been LEAGALLY appointed as recovery agency to reclaim the outstanding debt for whoever you have origionally singned the aggreement with. so YES they can collect the debt, AND YES THEY MAY WELL PROCEED TO TAKE YOU TO COURT.
BUT REMEMBER DEBT IS NOT A CRIMINAL OFFENCE. YOU CANNOT GO TO JAIL, BUT YOU CAN FOR COUNCIL TAX!!
