You may well refer to the Justice Act etc. But there ARE guidelines to suggest when to contact people in debt. This is not harrassment, just people doing their jobs. Extensive training and strict rule following goes into debt collection. So next time you feel like a victim.....Just remeber that if you cannot afford something, DON'T TAKE OUT THE CREDIT THAT YOU CLEARLY HAVE NO INTENTION OF KEEPING UP WITH! Debt collectors are not bad people!!! Stupid "I'm the victim" comments like this really bother me! |
