A review of Royal Mail by Janette lynch - Tuesday 16th of September 2008They never ever answer the phone. Have been in collection stuff and always hear the phone ring out! Waste of time!! Also I think they leave parcels until you get more that 1 as I always seem to wait for ages for delivery and get them all at once!!
