Today I used a McKindless bus in Motherwell (the 201 around 2pm).
I paid full fare, as did the other people in front of me, unlike the Congolese woman with 2 children who were behind me.
When she got on she was just waved past by the driver.
Do these people not have to pay bus fares? I would really like to know because everyone on that particular bus had to pay except her.
