The professional service and quality of work offered by Alistair Downie is second to none. From the moment he turned up bang on time for our appointment - an impressive feit these days! - to the tidy and clear up after the job was perfectly executed. He respectfully offered advice and informed me of even having to obtain council permission before some work could be carried out. He contacted the necessary people and obtained authority for work to be done. A true professional and one who is even a pleasure to work with!
