"Caring, loving treatment by all staff"
A review of Southern General Hospital by Liam Griffin - Sunday 13th of April 2008
My wife has been in ward 62 on and off since October last year. The staff from the auxiliaries, nurses through to the junior and senior doctors led by Mr. Devine have treated us with total respect, understanding both the patient's needs and the needs of those who care for the patient. Thank you all and God Bless you all. My wife still has a long road ahead but God willing we'll come through this challenge. I have one tiny criticism, the entrance to the unit is dirty and depressing caused by the smokers and the tobccoe debris. Inside is bright and clean, but first impressions, sight and smell are off putting. Not the medical staff's doing I know.
