After reading the reviews on this page i thought i would give the place a visit with a friend after work on saturday. went in, the place was nice and clean and decided to have a meal/snack. the food came out about half hour late, not too warm and very small portions the staff behind the bar, 2 guys, who dont seem to care about customer service just behaved like a couple of screaming brats runnin loose about a macdonalds, mind you the bar did look like a macdonalds on a sat afternoon. We left there about 5pm and went to the waterloo where the customer service was ten times batter and the staff more welcoming and friendly Meet Eat drnk should get a grip and be a bit more professional in their customer care approach....if we wanted to be entertained by children we would employ coco the clown.....opps think MED got there first. |
