I have visited barlinnie on 4 occassions and each time i have been absolutely frozen,i attempted to leave on a cardigan but was told to remove it as it had a hood on it which was ridiculous i would have been more than happy to let the security staff search the hood.there either needs to be suitable heating or that you are allowed to wear additional clothing.
