Just been told by a friend about this site....so thought i would give it a try.....god what a review page !! Agree with a lot of it, though the MED dont seem to have a review page. Been in there a few times and i do agree that the standard of food is going down hill, not only is it disgusting, but most time comes out cold.....my partner and her friend were in there last week and ordered a meal but were disapointed by the portions and it was cold..... think the chef should go back to home economics at school. Dont have a problem with the staff as they are always friendly and helpful apart from one who was a wee gobby person but no longer there....thank god for small mercies The entertainment is becoming a bit of a joke at the weekend and should be changed. Betty-B is kinda ok on a Friday, depending on how many sherries shes had b4 hand.....but what is that caper on the saturday, come onto hell.....its like going into a pensioners night out in a old folks home....all huddled round the same tables...feeling each other up and bitching....nothing new there then i suppose......really the owners should change the weekends and bring in new talent with new ideas no wonder people ar going elsewhere....from what i hear its the same karaaoke crown from the old GLC that do the sat night....no wonder their all depressed in there...valium & razor blades a must i think....lol The females toilets are a joke....not only are they bogging all the time, but most times on going in there its smeeels as if a RAT has died....come on guys whats wrong with a bit of disinfectant now and again I hear that the new place is badly run and might not survive another year due to bad managment and cliches within the place who think ita all their centre.....Its community centre for gods sake....its a community where people are suppose to be welcomed and entertained.....better entertained in MacDonald at times.oops thought it was a MacDonalds with all those Brats running about..... LGBT CENTRE/MED.....get a grip of your ship before it sinks cause a lot of people are now talking....and its not all good. |
