Absolutely shocking bunch... In fairness a few of the tradesmen have actually been pretty good but management/communication/scheduling is horrendous. Have had ongoing works for 5 months now, still not finished - was only a tiny bathroom needing re-tiled. Off to Lawyers today... bring it on.....
