How can you say that you were being harrassed? AIC BUY the debt from other companies, and so the numbers that AIC have for these people are the numbers which they gave out to us. I think that you should blame your son for giving out your number. And it is not a breach of data protection - AIC employees are trained in how not to breach data protection. Obviously. And I dont know why everyone is blaming the employees of AIC - they are only doing there job and someone has to so that people out there who borrow money with no intentions of paying it back are found and made to make the payments. And also, as Im here, can I also say that if someone from AIC threatened you with ballifs etc over the phone then shouldnt you have reported them? And they would most certainly have been fired for saying that as it is against AIC principals. You idiot.
