Susan, please advise who and where you sent email, nothing was ever received, I hope you can see from other replies that we strive very hard to achieve excellent client satisfaction.....we have over 200 clients per week built up over 10 years and would NEVER intentionally not respond to a client email, call or any other communication!
As for putting acrylic on deliberately thick at the at the cuticles, this would only cause the product to lift, not need a rebalance sooner, we do not do 'infills', if you would like me to explain further, please do not hesitate to contact myself or me daughter at the salon.
