My wife and I stayed at the Boston last year and went the same time this year returning on Fri 05/10/07.This has got to be one of the friendliest Hotels in Blackpool. The reception staff are terrific, the bar staff, especially Robert are very, very friendly and the dining room staff are out of this world, always laughing and joking with you,and are working very hard all the time,so this woman must be very hard to please,if she can't enjoy this Hotel, she would be better to stay at home
