"Amazing Service"

The Customer Service in this store never fails. I am a "regular" as is my sister, daughter and husband. The store manager, whom I think is named Gary(?) is always quick to help and offer advice. Staff are commerically aware and understand fashion, great at making reccomendations, offering alternatives or ordering online on your behalf.

Returns are easy but they can be stingy with refunds, strict within the time limit and card paid for.

However, exchanges without a reciept are offered at the current price which I deem fair..
