"Take money on false promises"

I have contacted Caledonian Travel about a complaint of not having seat which I actually telephoned booking to confirm this, especially as would not have booked otherwise. Seat taken when arrived nothing done about it could not participate on trips included because of discomfort of not having extra leg room. They could not care less blamed driver and cannot even discuss matter over telephone hide behind the pen. NEVER AGAIN. Because no other competition in area they take your money and run..
