"Place untidy and staff unhelful"

A review of Costa Coffee by Martian written on Tuesday 6th of June 2017

My husband sat down and we were moved on 'because the area was being cleaned. There were no signs to say this. On the counter was a plate with 2 lemon tarts someone had spilled coffee over them. When I advised this to assistant she said it is ok they are on offer.
