Ordered an item for my Grandson's birthday which went missing in the post, no fault of the seller! Got an email from Amazon Market Place regarding this. Phoned Amazon directly who put me through to the seller who spoke to me personally. The seller was very apologetic and sent me a replacement as soon as he could! I wouldn't hesitate to use this Company again!.
