My experience with Libby’s on Sat the 11/02/2017 was not what I have experienced in the past. The member of staff was in my face showing me stuff I was not interested in buying. Usually the members of staff just let me get on with it and help only when I need it, and that’s perfectly fine I prefer it this way as it allows me to browse at my leisure and pick when I am ready, instead I walked out of Libby’s as I was feeling pressured. As a regular who has been in a fair amount over the past couple of years I can safely say that I have never met this member of staff before, Libby’s management needs to get their staff sorted out as this woman had the most grating voice and accent combination I have ever heard. When you compare it to the regulars who all sound local this woman does not fit in atoll. I was not alone in leaving the store as other customers joined me in walking, after having a bit of time to figure it out I won’t say I won’t shop their again, but if the experience is the same as it was next time I certainly won’t be returning. I would highly advise that you have a word with this English woman and give her some basic customer service training, it should be obvious to anyone that people do not like being harassed into buying the moment they enter the damn store, let me get in and actually have a look for god sakes, is it so hard to treat customers with enough respect to let them browse your shelves without harassing them?.
