A review of Vodafone UK by Anonymous written on Friday 10th of February 2017
I had a Note7 which was overdue to be sent back. I was at my wits end of dealing with 'customer service' over the phone who had no idea what a Note7 even was! Finally sent the phone back and waited a week or so with no reply as to whether my phone had arrived at the depot so I could get my free upgrade. The girl in the Braehead store fought through what felt like endless centers to finally be told my phone was lost in transit, thankfully DPD confirmed its delivery and I received my upgrade.
Can't thank the girl enough for taking a while out her shift to sort this problem which I was ready to give up on! Sorry I didn't make her a sale though :(!.
