I went for an assessment 3 years ago and back then ,being able to shave,going to the assessment on your own were under the counter grounds for being removed from benifit! Atos origin were in the papers for removing people from benifit and having 68% of claimants being put back on them on appeal. They removed terminally ill claimants who died before they could be reassessed! I am shocked and disappointed to find them still in this line of work. If they were running an old folks home they'd be in the jail. I find it belittling to be under their so called care..
