I have work 3years they what u to work with the this new mirco soft mop and clothes which do not work and I do not now y can not it iş getting in a bad u supvicer work in the morrning working 45hours a week and when u ask for over time they do not have it they say that u can not work more then 40 hours and if u do not clock out u do not get payed but those people get payedki it with 8 pound hour payed for 40 hours and we do not a manager in store and head office do not tell u anthing about it there supvicer do not they jobs asda stores are so dirt the hard people that work hard they do not what to listen to them the head office need to get there act together they will lose the hard worker's they managers come down have a cup of tea and go away they should check the store how it iş cleaned and speak to u workers what iş happing are they happy or not they have people ad managers and supvicers in the store that do not now how to clean and they are some people that clock in but do not clock out and they get payed the hours they do not do and it's oka they need to surt it out before it iş too late that iş why the company iş losing staff that iş why I can not work in a company that iş why I am living this Job becomes I can see that the jobs are not done and the headoffice do not care about it.
