"Horrendous !!!"

I have used this company in the past quite regular,however after tonight will never use them again. Booked a cab this yesterday afternoon for 7:15 to take my self along with my two small pug dogs over to see a friend of mine who lives about 2mls away.no problem at all,and booked return journey for 12:15am,at 12:20 phoned to see when cab would be arriving,still trying to locate one that would take dogs,phoned again at 12:35am,was passed to the controller,who was so rude,telling me shouldn't have taken my dogs with me,when I said I had heart condition,and asked for the managers name ,he informed me he was on holiday,and that he wouldn't be sending a cab for me at all.I subsequently had to walk home at 1am in the morning with my two dogs,but I most certainly will be making a point of visiting there office until I get to see the owner in person. I most certainly will never use them agin,and would advise people in the area to do the same totally obnoxious phone staff,and very rude and unreliable..
