"Poor customer service"

They do not follow their own return policies. Very unprofessional. I had a similar experience of returning something, initially they said they can't pay back and can only give a credit note less 10% admin charges. They finally agreed after several requests to return in cash but deducted 20% from it. Waste of time. I will never buy again..
