"School In The 60's"

This was my primary school from the age of 5 till 10, between 1965 to 1970. They say that school days are the best years of your life & I certainly enjoyed every minute, even though I got the strap for the first time! I remember some of the teachers by name - Miss Campbell before she got married was my favourite, Marie Irving my favourite and first girlfriend when we used to hold hands under the desk and loads of others, like Alan McFee, Kim Shan Tang, Helen Fisher et al. Happy Days indeed.

I went back on a recent visit to Glasgow and almost bubbled at the derelict state it's now in.
