"National Living wage-Supervisors short changed!"

With the introduction of National living wage aces in our store get wage rise of 48p BUT supervisors only 28p. Resulting in out of school 18 year olds earning only 80p per hour less than myself who at 49years old has to stand in for SCM whilst on holiday do paywrite, kronos, rotas, return to works etc all within the allocated time to do my morning clean jobs! What an insult. City are going to lose a lot of really qualified supervisors due to this decision. As it was insulting enough before getting £1 more per hour but 80p more is just taking advantage. I for one will be standing down. Will go in do my job then go home no hassles. Not worth the agro for an extra 80p!.
