Have been a City Facilities employee for 14 years. I have witnessed favourites who after taking time off for sickness have had their hours manipulated so as not to affect their annual points score. People are working without proper supervision and alone for certain periods. I have been given a shift with a 10pm finish, yet the person previously working the shift was allowed to finish at 9.30 pm. Flexibility forms when completed result in being offered hours outside your stated hours. The forms are used to offer unsuitable hours in the hope they will be given up. City Facilities do not listen, allow a system of one rule for one, one rule for others..
