Took my Landrover in to get several jobs done over a period of 2 years and couldn't fault them, they even recommended a few tips for maintainance to do myself so I felt as if the weren't trying to get the cash off me by hiding info back, they were really helpful in that respect. They had an attitude that it will not leave the garage till it was tip top, they charged for the labour fixing the job only not for the looking around and confirming faults which showed me their professionalism to assure a good job, I have read some horror stories from various review sites before I decided to take my car here because of the positive feed back from friends etc, When people just go off on one in reviews but tend to never see the positives I always look at reviews with an open mind, but I have had my first inconvenience with them they replace my starter motor and it was a relatively simple job but they had a junior mechanic take care of it, he cracked the oil cooler as it was hard access which resulted in my car over heating after picking it up shortly after they said the job was done. However although it messed my day up, I am a positive person and I own my own business too, I do know things go wrong from time to time no matter how much I plan, human error and fatigue always creeps in after working 12 hours a day for weeks on tenuous work where your mind can drift. They got my car towed, fixed it and replaced the damaged part free of charge and even washed my car again. So all in all when they make a mistake they fixed it with a sense of urgency and didn't fill me with excuses, they held there hands up and said we'll sort it, which I also can't fault. Aunistly even though I have had a stressful few days. 10 out of 10 for service. Reliable, aunist labour. This is my go to garage for Landrover..
