"Poor customer service"

While trying to contact my branch today I checked for the phone number on line but when I phoned the 0845 number I was then redirected to an 0800 number and when I dialled this I was put through to customer services somewhere after explaining that I wanted to speak to someone at my own branch the lady then proceeded to have a three way conversation with myself and the branch when I asked her to transfer me through I was told she could only do that if the branch asked her to I was eventually transferred through to a another lady who was extreme,y patronising.

I have banked with Santander for many years but their customer service us now shocking

Time to move to a bank that appreciates your custom.
