Horrible manners on the ginger haired girl who works here! She looked at the opticians notes and laughed at how poor my eyesight is and made a joke about it! Joking or not it's extremely insensitive coming from someone who A) was wearing glasses herself at the time and B) works in an opticians! Otherwise the optician Connor was very nice and friendly!.
