"2 short lines!"
A review of Dunnes Stores by DS - Tuesday 18th of September 2007Advertisements
I work as a customer services assisant at Dunnes stores and have had numerous customers ask me why the company requires their name and address after processing a refund. Surely customers can oblige to give 2 lines of information when the company are offering them a cash refund out of good grace? As far as I'm aware, this is a standard procedure in every high street store. There is no shadow of a doubt that all customers' details remain confidential.
