I popped into carphone warehouse on the off chance someone would take pity on me. Got a new phone on line and didn't know where to start. The guy who helped was so nice think he was in charge (English accent) he did everything for me even showed me how to use all the features. I wasn't even spending money! I've been to other branches and wouldn't go back. The staff in here a lovely, polite and helpful. made to feel welcome (not stupid) which was nice. I would highly recommend a visit to carphone warehouse at the forge! I also asked about recycling my old phone which I did buy from them and he did a reset on it as their phones aren't locked so no extra cost to have it unlocked before passing it on to someone on another network. Keep up the good work guys!.
