"Asda Ace"

A review of City Facilities Management (UK) Ltd by Asda Ace written on Thursday 1st of October 2015

I am an "Asda Ace" and before I actually do my job. I have to do "Asda"s" because there Is no such word as "Clean As You Go" set out from "Asda House" for their colleagues. Well not In the Store that I work at. I have been on this case for several months now telling "Managers" & "Section Leaders" at "Asda" - even my own line Manager that Is employed by "CFM". No one seems to care, but I still have to do my job. An "Asda Ace" Is discriminated by just about everyone. Even "CFM" Itself. The Uniforms should be In my opinion "City Cleaning" and not anything else. We have nothing to do with "Asda". We are just contractors to clean their stores. We do clean their stores too and we clean them good. We are constantly asked by Customers to help them as they can see the "Asda" logo upon our shirts. If we are part of "Asda" then why dont we get any store benefits like their colleagues get. As an "Asda Ace" we do not get a Christmas Party because we have to work. We do not get any extra for a bank holiday. The only time "CFM" thinks of their colleagues Is on Boxing Day & New Years day. I do work for another cleaning company as well and they are worse. Without a store being cleaned that business would close. We are discriminated. "CFM" please take note. I am not writing this to run you down. I am writing this because you cant see what goes on from our perspective..
