"Don't expect to go to where you booked"

My husband & I booked with Caledonian to go to South Wales & the Gower Peninsula but the driver refused to go to the peninsula saying it was not on his paperwork although it was stated on his windscreen. He instead arranged an optional tour to Cardiff which was an extra cost although we were scheduled to go there the following day, So instead of the Gower Peninsula we spent one and a half days in Cardiff which was too long and not what we had booked..
