"Take your money then tell you NO"

Booked a four day tour to Folkestone taking in Ostende in Belgium paid for the lot over the phone, everything going well tickets arrived , bought currency for Belgium confirmed holiday dates for both myself and my wifes employer, bought new clothes toiletries etc . Letter arrived trip cancelled due to lack of interest ! offered LLandudno in Wales or Portpatrick an hours drive from where I live. Result left high and dry with a holiday in the West of Scotland during one of the worst summers on record. Thanks Caledonian for absolutely nothing ! so far I have managed to convince 5 other people who were considering small breaks not to use them making it my new mission in life..
