I have read the two posts on here with interest. 
 
I am a satisfied customer - I have used this Company twice for MOT/Service work and I have no complaints whatsoever. In fact I will be booking in next week again for MOT/Service 
 
All work done has been completely satisfactory and at a fraction of what the main dealer would charge. The customer area is very pleasant and I have had no problems of any kind with the staff. 
 
I find the picture which "Anonymous" paints to be completely unrecognisable. I have to ask why he chooses to be anonymous? 
 
Is a little light REALLY so important as to get all worked up about? Presumably he booked his car in to have service and MOT work done on it and not just a little light turned off.  
 
Presumably that work was done but because of what frankly seems to be a very minor problem (due to a software failure apparently) which would have been rectified a few days later,he doesn't want to pay for ANY of the work? He doesn't want to pay for the oil change he has had? or the spark plugs? or the air filter? or whatever else had been replaced and worked on during his service?  
 
Frankly this guy sounds like a Victor Meldrew type character without Victor's humour - just a miserable old git. 
 
And I don't have to hide behind an "Anonymous" nom-de-plume
