"DON'T WANT UPLIFT AND REFUND ON FAULT ITEMS"

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER PHONE YOU BACK WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. WE BOUGHT SOME TILES THAT WERE FAULT AND HAD BEEN ADVISED THAT IT WAS OUR BUILDER'S PROBLEM TO SORT IT OUT. VISTOR PARIS EXPLANATION WAS THAT ALL BIG/LONG TILES ARE BENT AND THEY COULD NOT REPLACE THEM. WE TOOK SOME TILES FROM PORCELANOSA AND PROVED TO THEM THAT NOT ALL BIG/LONG TILES ARE BENT AT ALL. THEY PROMISSED TO REFUND BUT WANT US UPLIFT THE TILES TO THE WAREHOUSE. WE SHOW THE GOOD OF SALE ACT 1979 ABOUT THE CONSUMER LAW. WE ARE STILL TO SEE THE OUR REFUND YET. THEY CONTRADICT THEMSELVES ALL THE TIME. NOT A SHOP I WILL BUY IN THE FUTURE..
