"Awful customer service!"

The older woman (slightly plump) served me and was extremely rude, insisting I pick a certain pair of glasses I did not want, I told her I didn't like the colour and style and she said "you'll suit them though, more than the ones you've picked out yourself" she seemed rude to other customers and staff alike, I think I'll stick to Specsavers down the road!.
