I was a member at NRG Connection for two years. I cancelled my membership when I moved house. Unfortuneately I forgot to cancel my Standing Order Mandate for my joint membership at the the bank but didnt notice it until 11 months later. I called the staff at NRG who had been writing to me at my old address to inform me of my oversight. They told me that they couldnt cancel my Standing Order on my behalf as the Bank would not permit them to do that. Within a couple of days I was happy to receive a cheque for a full refund for the £715.00 overpayment. In my experience the staff were very helpful and at no time in dealing with them was I afraid they would not refund my money. |
