"Road conditions lowermill road"

The road in question is not only used but lowermill garage. The owner has repeatedly tried to fill any potholes. There are other businesses down that road and they use it constantly. They don't appear to try maintain the road at all. The road is indeed in poor condition it was never intended for the volume of traffic. Seems unfair to expect the garage owner to pay for upgrading as I'm sure it will cost many thousands of pounds. Also residents from viaduct road claim access. Maybe a fund should be set up with a view to repair and maintenance.
