"About the contract"

I use Aqua Express and I called regarding the contract, I have it in writing that the above is total rubbish. My friend who worked in a small office which was moving premises to a new office block which had plumed in coolers had to cancel with aqua express. (they offered a better deal for plumed in but unfortunately her new office had a contract), Aqua express uplifted their cooler with no penalty, they waivered the contract she had as it was outwith her control, very understanding people and she would definitely go back to them.
