I live permanently abroad,and my local tel. co.gave me a free tel. calls to all pay-for tel.numbers in EU,and USA,except these "toll-free".and NS&I gives these useless to me. So instead contact in a minute,I write a letter and wait 2-3 weeks,or I send an e-mail jeopardizing my account nr.,and my ID. to hackers. Dear NS&I please be easier to those living abroad. Your client Henry.
