"BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!"

I would just like to start by saying that my initial experience of Elegansa Sposa was excellent, they have beautiful dresses & their shop is spacious & elegant. My sales assistant was called Margaret & she was very patient & is very talented in helping you find your dream dress, however this comes at a price!! Sadly she is also very talented at adding on hundereds of ££££ extra to the overall price, she talks very quickly & my mum & I were left feeling very confused by the break down of our final bill which was hundereds more than was initially quoted! When I first paid the deposit on the dress, 10% discount was offered however they very quickly recouped that money & ALOT MORE, unfortunately because the wedding was just a few weeks away, we didn't have the time to stand our ground arguing over the final bill (I'm sure that they are well used to & take advantage of the fact that brides are stressed to the max just before their wedding) Now that our wedding is over it infuriates me every time I think about it & would like to warn all brides to be not to accept this despicable behaviour, my mum said it reminded her of double glazing sales men - yes that bad!!!

As has been said in other reveiws they are hugely more expensive than other shops stocking the same dress & not only that they are very sneaky but "very nice" in the way they add the extra hundreds on!!

I think it is so sad that brides to be are exploited in this way - shopping for your wedding dress should be one of the happiest moments of your life not an experience where you are being ripped off!

If you decide to go to this shop take off your rosé tinted glasses first, these people are out to sting you for every penny they can get out off you!! .
