"Excellent salon attentive staff"

I have been going to this salon for 4 years now and have never had a problem i have had hair extensions done in this salon for all this time . after reading the above review i am shocked and to say the least as when i have been in the salon the staff have been more than attentive and also NEVER been shouted or " ganged up on" by any member of staff its sad that your experience has been bad but find it very hard to believe that you have left with such a bad experience i would never go to anyone else for my hair extensions for the fact that the shop is so well mentioned by alot of people and staff are fantastic! one thing i would say is please ignore above statement as believe its just someone having a rant! BIG UP THE STAFF OF BYERS AND BIRREL!!!! YOU DO A FANTASTIC JOB LADIES! .
