"Hugely disappointed with Thomas Patterson Hair"

Went for cut and colour after recommendation from friend. What a disappointment! I did notice at time that the girl applying colour to my hair wasn't being thorough but didn't say anything...of course when got home I noticed she had missed lots of my greys. Colour (6 dark blonde) began to fade after 1.5. I made it clear I wanted it cover grey with permanent colour. Colour was only applied to riots, not through lengths at all (usually have this for 2 to 5 minutes)

3 weeks on it's now clear a semi permanent was applied and of course after each wash colour faded and now have grey roots.

In my opinion too much money for this result. Cut was fine but to be honest just a trim and shaping round face.

Cannot recommend unfortunately. I'm hugely disappointed! I actually have the feeling this salon only look after their established clientele and perhaps don't want/need new clients..
