"Can't recommend highly enough!"

Having had a bad experience with cowboys who diddled me and did not fix my tv, i was anxious about using another independant company but could not afford the silly money charges of larger firms. I needn't have worried. Jim is a lovely man with more qualifications than one man could ever really need, and a work ethic of custom before profit. He reassured me that if the tv was unfixable, he'd tell me. He arrived 2 hours after our phone call and had my tv sorted in under an hour for a VERY reasonable price and a decent guarantee. He also assured me that if anything did go wrong, which it shouldn't, I can call him back at no extra cost. Lovely man, easy to talk to, tells it like it is without all the jargon- wish I'd known about him to begin with! I wouldn't hesitate in using him again and would gladly recommend him. .
