"Staff more interested in gossip than sales"

I went to the store with the intent of purchasing both bridemaid dresses and flower girl dresses. After finding a style I liked, I waiting at the counter for nearly 10 minutes while 3 members of staff stood only feet away from me gossiping about last nights activities. All 3 were aware I was standing there bit couldn't be bothered to come over to me. When i finally asked one of them to help me, she looked as if I was putting her out of her way. Poor customer service and terrible manners! You've just lost yourself around 600 pounds worth of business!.
